Wow. WOW. WOW! It's hard to believe this weekend is over. Kevin and I have been planning this event for many months, and it's always been a ways off into the future. Then suddenly it was next weekend, then tomorrow, then today, and now it's over...

While both of us put a lot of time, and our heart and soul into this event, our participants put in even more. They signed up for just an idea... and then they showed up. They made ChangeUp real. And if there's one thing I know I repeated numerous times over the course of the weekend, it's the importance of getting from the idea to the real. And our amazing participants made that happen.

In the end we had 25 enthusiastic participants, five organizations with a dozen representatives, and thousands of great ideas. We put in over 500 hours of real work, all in the course of one weekend... I'm amazed.

I'm already looking forward to the next one... and after this weekend, I have no doubt that it will be an amazing success!
